Your repair ticket has been submitted successfully.
A confirmation email should arrive in your inbox shortly. The email contains the ticket number, which is also the RMA number, and is required for all printer repairs. Make sure you have the RMA number before shipping the printer.
If you do not receive the email, check your SPAM and junk email folders. To avoid further delays add our domain (totalidsolutions.com) to your approved email or white list, as it will be coming from firstname.lastname@example.org, or one of our support staff members.
