Recently, my agency, the Johnson City (TN) Police Department, purchased one of your systems for the dual purpose of producing new departmental identification cards for our employees as well as for implementing a KidPrint program. The biggest thanks go to Toni Hubbard. She has been wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She was extremely professional, but still very pleasant to deal with at all times. She was very responsive to any and all questions we had, frequently answering in less than a day. She was always willing to go the extra mile, even when I first met her at a Chief's of Police Conference before we were actually customers. She is a superior asset to your company.
I would also like to mention Brian Schweitzer, the tech rep who conducted several demos and the initial training for the system via Go-to Meeting. He was very personable yet thorough during each session.
There was another technician, and I am very embarrassed to say that I do not recall his name, who helped me with some issues after the initial training session with Brian.
I would also like to extend my thanks to Diane Sloe. We ordered some custom holograms for security on our departmental IDs, and there was a minor problem with the initial batch that was produced. I called and spoke with Diane. Within an hour, she had located a sample of our hologram (I was trying to get a decent scan to email to her), saw what was wrong and contacted the company to have them redone. The corrected holograms arrived in a very short time and were absolutely perfect.
I know you are Toni's supervisor, if any of these other people I have mentioned work for someone else, I trust that you will forward my comments on to the appropriate person. Thank you.
